Recently, Kexin Technology held a symposium for marketing management trainees. Mr. Chen Dengzhi, Chairman and General Manager of the company, together with the management team of the China Marketing Center, sat down with new frontline marketing employees to listen to their voices, address their confusions, share experience and clarify directions. The in-depth communication helped build consensus, empower employees’ growth and fuel the company’s development.
At the symposium, marketing management trainees from the "Spark Program" took turns to share their frontline practices, post insights and growth gains since joining the company. They spoke openly about customer development, market services, business execution and capability improvement, summarizing experience while facing challenges head-on, fully demonstrating the down-to-earth, thoughtful and positive youthful demeanor of the company’s new employees.
After carefully listening to everyone’s speeches, Mr. Chen shared practical experience and growth insights based on industry trends, market landscape and corporate strategy. He emphasized that customers are the foundation of enterprise development, and the essence of marketing is value creation and trust-building. When facing customers, we should maintain an equal, respectful and confident attitude, take sincerity as the cornerstone and diligence as the path, learn to listen and empathize, treat customers as mentors and friends, and win recognition with professionalism and sincerity.
Regarding industry changes brought by the AI era, Mr. Chen pointed out that future competition is a competition of cognitive ability and learning ability. All employees should actively embrace changes, adhere to long-termism, keep forging ahead on the "difficult but right" path, continuously learn industry knowledge, improve comprehensive capabilities, grow rapidly with a beginner’s mind, and meet challenges with innovative thinking.
Mr. Chen sent a message to all management trainees: cherish the valuable opportunity of frontline training, stay grounded and take action, overcome weaknesses and develop capabilities through practice; maintain passion and resilience, fear no difficulties or rejections, and turn every experience into growth momentum; keep pace with the company’s development, resonate with the enterprise, realize value through struggle and achieve self-fulfillment through perseverance.
