In response to the national call to deepen the integration of industry and education and showcase Kexin Technology’s innovation strength and talent philosophy in the communications sector, the "Retracing the Path of Original Aspiration" summer social practice team from the School of Electrical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology recently visited Kexin Technology for an insightful tour, study session and forum exchange. With an open mindset, the Company builds a bridge connecting academic theories on campus to industrial practice for young students.
The event kicked off with an in-depth forum exchange between Gao Zhengxian, CTO of the Company, and the practice team. Gao extended a warm welcome to the faculty and students from Dalian University of Technology. He elaborated on Kexin Technology’s development journey, core business layout and future strategic plans. Focusing on current development trends in the communications industry, he analyzed cutting-edge industry dynamics for the students. Drawing on his extensive professional experience, he offered valuable advice on academic planning and career development, encouraging young learners to consolidate their professional foundations and embrace industrial changes proactively.
Following the forum, Gao led the students on a tour of the corporate exhibition hall. Combining physical exhibits and multimedia presentations, he explained the Company’s core product portfolio. By observing real commercial products up close, the students translated abstract textbook theories into tangible practical insights, gained an intuitive understanding of the practical application of communications technologies, and further clarified their career goals and development paths.
Afterwards, the practice team visited the on-site production workshops. Manager Yang from the Production Department guided the group through the modern production lines, introducing production management systems, safety protocols and manufacturing processes of various products. Inside the laboratories, Manager Yang demonstrated the Company’s stringent testing standards and R&D procedures. This closed-loop experience spanning theories, production lines and laboratories allowed the students to deeply perceive Kexin Technology’s relentless pursuit of product quality, while enhancing their understanding of the full lifecycle of communications equipment from R&D to manufacturing.
This "Retracing the Path of Original Aspiration" summer social practice activity not only provided outstanding students from Dalian University of Technology with a valuable platform to learn about the communications industry and engage with industrial frontiers, but also demonstrated Kexin Technology’s original aspiration and commitment to fulfilling social responsibilities and supporting university talent cultivation. Moving forward, Kexin Technology will continue to uphold an open and collaborative mindset, deepen university-enterprise cooperation, offer practical opportunities for more young talents, and jointly contribute to the high-quality development of China’s communications industry.
